Introduction to Aerial Yoga

In Level 1, students will embark on their aerial yoga journey by getting comfortable with the hammock. This foundational course focuses on mastering Aerial Flows and introduces students to the basics of aerial yoga. Key components include:

• Transitions & Pose Connections
• Introduction to Aerial Flips and Dynamic Moves
• Aerial Sun Salutation (Levels 1–4)
• Aerial Anatomy
• Aerial Psychology & Conditioning
• Comprehensive Level 1 Manual
• Fundamentals of Teaching
• Safety Practices and Spotting Techniques

Reservations should be completed on day of arrival by 2pm.

First class of every TTC will start at 4 pm.

NOTE : There will be no anatomy classes on Sundays.
