Months: March,June,September, December 

Level 3 is a transition into more artistic expressions of aerial yoga, requiring prior completion of Levels 1 and 2 or passing an entrance exam. This level focuses on:

• Aerial Art: Explore the creative side of aerial yoga, integrating artistic movements into your practice.
• Aerial Specific Anatomy: Gain a deeper understanding of how your body interacts with aerial equipment.
• Advanced Sequences: Master complex sequences involving drops and flows.
• Dedicated Aerial Silk and hoop sessions.

This course is conducted over 11 days, offering intensive training for those committed to advancing their skills.

Reservations should be completed on day of arrival by 5pm  

First class of level 3 TTC will commence

* Twin-sharing accommodation is subject to availability. If full, a private room or dormitory will be the only option.*We believe our staff needs rest too, so we will not be providing meals (except breakfast) on Sunday’s.

*An additional charge of Rs.600 applies for AC Rooms per day.

Admission Criteria

Who Can Apply?

• Completed Level 1 & 2 at Pancha Koshas or an equivalent course from any recognized aerial yoga or aerial art school worldwide.
• Strong hammock expertise is a must.
• Ready with strength, mobility & flexibility before applying.

Physical Readiness Test:

• 10 pull-ups (hammock)
• 15-20 push-ups (floor)

Additional strength & mobility assessments

• Flow Submission: Learn & replicate our reference flow (YouTube link provided).
• Submit your video for review.

How to Apply:

• Watch & practice the reference video.
• Complete the physical test (supervised or recorded).
• Submit training certificates (if applicable).
• Send your flow video for review.
• Once approved, register to secure your spot.
• Health & Safety – No major injuries or medical conditions; doctor’s clearance may be required if needed.
